Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
- Buyers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return in cases where the item arrives damaged, not working, or significantly altered.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- All return requests must be approved prior to return shipping. Items returned without prior contact will be rejected.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund based on its condition and the reason for return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. (Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing.)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified operational issue. In such cases, a full refund including original shipping will be provided.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in return transit.
Eligible Returns:
- Returns will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- The item arrives damaged, non-functional, or significantly not as described.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is returned unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The return has been approved by us prior to shipping back.
Ineligible Returns:
- Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind, fit issues, or personal dissatisfaction with the item (including buyer’s remorse).
- The item has been worn, used, altered, or returned without original tags/packaging.
- The return is shipped without prior approval.
- Damage caused by mishandling, third-party repairs, or exposure to water (unless specified as water-resistant).
- Claims made after the 30-day return period.
Year Operational Guarantee
- All watches come with a 1-year service and operational guarantee. If the watch experiences any functional or mechanical issues (not caused by misuse or damage) within one year of purchase, we will repair, service, or resurface the watch at no additional cost to you.
- This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage, water exposure (unless stated as water-resistant), or issues resulting from mishandling or third-party tampering.
Custom Duties & Taxes:
Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred in the buyer’s country are the responsibility of the buyer.
EXCHANGES INSTEAD OF REFUND
To exchange the item issue, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item and it will be shipped.
