Warranty & Return Policy
You are entitled to a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If the product breaks down within that period due to mechanical issues, it will be repaired.
Warranty Repairs
If your product experiences operational issues within the warranty period, we will repair the item. Please contact us to begin the repair process. Items must be shipped back to us in their original condition. We will notify you once the item is received and inspected. If approved, the repair process will begin.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item has operational issues within the warranty period. In such instances, shipping costs will also be covered.
Refund Process for Shipping Cost
If the shipping costs are refunded due to operational issues under warranty, they will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Duties & Taxes
Any duties or taxes incurred in the buyer's country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges Instead of Refunds
To exchange the item issue, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item and it will be shipped.
