Return & Refund Policy
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return if an item arrives damaged, non-functional, or is significantly different from its description (e.g., incorrect model, material, or functionality).

Eligible Returns
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet all the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item arrived damaged, non-functional, or was significantly not as described.
- The item is unused, unworn, and includes all original tags and packaging.
- The return was approved by us before you shipped it back.
Ineligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- You simply changed your mind, had a change of heart, or had an issue with the fit.
- The item has been used, worn, altered, or is missing its original packaging or tags.
- The return was shipped back to us without prior approval.
- The item was damaged due to mishandling, water exposure (unless the item is certified water-resistant and the damage is within those limits), third-party repairs, or any other form of user-induced damage.
- The return request was made after the 14-day return window has closed.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items that don't meet these conditions will be ineligible for a refund.
- Prior Approval Required: You must contact us for approval before sending any returns. Items sent back without prior approval will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
- Inspection and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved or rejected for a refund.
- Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing times can vary depending on your bank.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a verified fault on our part, we will issue a full refund that includes the original shipping costs.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
1-Year Operational Guarantee
All watches come with a 1-year operational and service guarantee. If a mechanical or functional issue arises within one year of delivery that was not caused by user misuse (e.g., dropping or forceful handling), we will service, repair, or resurface the watch free of charge.
This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage, water exposure (unless specified), or issues resulting from mishandling or third-party tampering.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Any and all applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, you must first follow the return process for the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
