This Seiko alarm chronograph has a striking mix of colour and instrumentation: a finely textured dark dial, deep blue registers, vivid orange accents and a bold steel bezel marked in five-minute intervals. Broad luminous-style hands and applied hour markers sit above a densely printed minute track, giving the face depth while keeping its many functions easy to distinguish. A framed date window completes the dial.

The Caliber 7T62 places the chronograph minute counter at 12 o’clock, running seconds at nine and a separate alarm display at six. Its central stopwatch hand measures in 1/5-second increments, with a 60-minute counter and split-time capability. The alarm can be set once for a time within the following 12 hours. A stainless steel case and fitted steel bracelet give the watch its substantial sports-watch presence; the solid caseback carries the serial number, reference and Made in Japan marking.
